Project info
A B2B2C product company that provides logistics management software as a service. Their customers are logistics and waste management companies.
Pain points
- For 15 years, the system had been built by developers without UX/UI design principles in mind.
- New employees of companies had to learn how to work with the platform. The process lasted for 3 (!) months. It involved both Waste Logics support and client companies.
- The same actions were performed differently in different places on the platform. Each case required a massive training documentation update.
- Loss of potential customers due to the complexity of the interface and the high cognitive load associated with its use.
Project objectives
- Create a new intuitive & convenient interface solution.
- Refactor the structure and user-flows for the most widespread actions taken by users.
- Immerse in the system, understand the relationship between its components, find ways to optimize the number of screens, unify actions and simplify the tasks of the average user.
- To balance between the extent of interface improvement and the time & resources needed for the code implementation to find the best solution for the business.
- In addition to UX/UI design, our studio also created new and improved existing graphic materials: training manuals, graphics for promotion channels, content for the design of WL clients within the system, stylization of the logo for holidays, etc.
